4. Fees and Payment
Fees for our Services will be quoted on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you before any engagement begins. Payment terms:
- All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due as specified in the invoice provided to you
- We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as communicated during the engagement process
- Government fees, filing fees, and third-party charges are separate from our service fees unless explicitly included in the quote
5. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery:
- Before processing begins: Full refund of service fees, less any administrative fees already incurred
- After filing with government authorities: No refund on government fees already paid. Service fees may be partially refundable at our discretion
- After completion of incorporation: No refund available once company documents have been delivered
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- EntityKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for delays caused by government agencies, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for such matters
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Personal data and business information shared with us will only be used for the purpose of providing our Services and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or regulation.
